Whoosh! Another academic year gone, just like that!
*Bam, Wham!*
So unbelievably fast. Whao. The feeling only starts to sink in today, a day after the last day.
I always expected to feel this tide of relief washing over or this overwhelming sense of achievement everytime I finish the last paper....but surprisingly, no.
Not too sure if this is a good sign? Did I not study hard enough in order to feel that so called "freedom" after the paper? No, I'm sure I did try my best amidst a few distracting moments...So I'm not sure what that "OMGLASTPAPEROVERRRRRRR" kind of feel is....haha
Actually, looking back, I think I am a generally stress free person. I seldom feel stressed or feel pressured by anything. Not too sure why I am like that too. Again, not too clear of that is a good sign. Some levels of stress is definitely good and beneficial obviously. hmmmm.
Can anybody be stressed over being relatively unstressed while everybody else is stressed?
Also, I am generally a 7/10 on a mood scale denoting cheeriness and happiness. Not sure why too, not sure if that's a good sign or a bad sign of being apathetic towards the world. Rarely anything gets me down on my mood and all, and even if it does, it is usually short lived and in short bursts.Relatively trouble free I suppose.
I think it may be because I am in a transitory stage in life. I am not really sure what I want, or my direction where I want to go.
Kind of lost, not sure what I should do. My identity? Feels transient too, easily shaped and molded by the things around me and the people whom I interact with. Sometimes I just feel like I am a part of a larger entity, absorbed entirely into his huge formless mass. Not individualistic. What defines me? What defines who I am? I am not even sure of this myself.
And then other days I am just tired of Singapore. Of everything it encompasses and stand for. All of its developments and modernity. Its just a mad rush for everything, stupid smart phones, irrational obsessions with money and materialistic living. what is this shit man.
What happened to face to face interaction and just taking time to enjoy the things around you?
Indulge in a hobby, hone a skill, learn a new thing. hiaz.
I wanna go holiday overseas and recharge myself!!!!!! Somewhere where they are few people around, relatively quiet and green.
I miss the Himalayan mountain ranges.
