Religion, as wiki puts it, is a "set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, especially when considered as the creation of a supernatural agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs." I have wanted to blog about this topic quite some time ago, I just lack the time and will to do. But after much deliberation, I have decided to do it today. By Religion, I mean "higher beings" or "supernatural forces" etc, not necessary deity beings. We all know, or least people who have studied a fair amount of Biology, that the DNA is a set of instructions that make up an individual of any living thing on Earth. Physical traits, such as having fingers or a spotted tail are predetermined by a gene or sets of genes that relate to each other. Behavioral traits are, based on genes as well, I think. Technology is truely amazing. I've never stopped my awe for it. I'm writing an entry with a phone! Never imagined I would or even could do that. Camp life has come to a sort of a slow pace, real slow. Like looking at a blade of grass grow kind of slow. And it is exactly this period of time that i get most interaction with my mates. Spending time talking and laughing. You get to know a person more in detail. And this particular two people are getting onto my nerves. Person A is obnoxiously proud. He thinks he is better than everyone, he thinks he is cooler than everyone, he thinks everyone looks up to him and eagerly wants to follow in his lead. God, its stomach churning. He thinks he makes up the rules as he goes. If there's one kind of people i cant stand, its him. So i always, constantly tell myself that i only condone to his immature thoughts and actions because we're in the army. And i have absolutely no choice but to make do and live with him.
